Affordable (ARO)

Apartments at The Link on Clark

The Link is proud to offer four apartments, one 2 bedroom, two 1 bedroom, and 1 studio in accordance with the City of Chicago Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). If your annual income is between $57,600-$83,460, you may qualify for special pricing on these select residences. 

Any available ARO units floor plans will display on the floor plans page of this website.

The ARO units are:

205- 2 bedroom

206- 1 bedroom

304- studio

306- 1 bedroom

Applicants must be income eligible. Households must earn no more than the maximum income levels shown above and are 60% of Area Median Income.

Currently, two or more individuals may apply, with priority given to Veterans during the first 30 days of availability. Applications open :TBA

Applicants with vouchers or other third-party subsidies are welcome to apply. These units are subject to monitoring, compliance, and other restrictions by the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing.
